Meet The Chef

Chef Jason Gelrud grew up in Maryland and discovered his interest in food while spending time in the kitchen with his mother.  As a chef, he loves creating elevated versions of dishes that remind him of those experiences cooking with her.

Jason began cooking in restaurants at his father's delicatessen at the age of 12, and right then he knew that's where he belonged.  The kitchen feels like home.

After spending many years in professional kitchens, and then operating his own restaurant, he has transitioned to private chef services and private cooking lessons in Vermont. Bring restaurant quality food to your home!
